Thank you for visiting our website. The followings are the Terms and Conditions for the use of this website and the purchase of products from Homemadegifts4you (“The Company”). Use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. HomemadeGifts4You retain the right to revise our prices at any time to reflect changes in our costs such as but not limited to: goods, carriage, labour, overheads, government taxes and exchange rates.
Payment
We accept payment online by VISA and MasterCard. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full.
Unavailable Products
If an item is out of stock, the sender will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option of 1) awaiting stock availability, 2) selecting an alternative gift or 3) being given a full refund.
Shipping
Your order is processed by HomemadeGifts4You the moment it is received. We use An Post (the Irish Postal Service) to deliver your gifts. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days.
For orders being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, HomemadeGifts4You cannot be held responsible for importation taxes/duty charges.
All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient’s telephone number. Where address disputes arise, Addresses are verified against An Post’s address correction service (http://correctaddress.anpost.ie/pages/Search.aspx). HomemadeGifts4You cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the recipient’s address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the courier obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address.
Where standard untracked postage is used to ship your order, no signature is required upon delivery. Standard posted orders are usually delivered within 2 – 5 business days in Ireland; International usually within 5-15 business days. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Non-deliveries can be reported after a period of time of 10 days within Ireland and 20 business days for international posted orders.
Returns
Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked upon return. This code should then be included with the returned item. We recommend you return your item using a delivery company with a tracking service to be absolutely sure the items arrive back to our returns section.
In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), customised goods made according to custom specifications (i.e. personalised gifts) may not be returned. We are unable to exchange/refund some items such as earrings, swimwear, bath products, and pillows due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and we shall arrange a refund or replacement. Please make sure all custom text is correct before ordering as we will not be held responsible for any typos that are made by you.
Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked. Include this code with the returned item and use a reliable courier service to return the goods.
