Delivery, Refund & Returns

Your order is processed by HomemadeGifts4You the moment it is received. We use An Post (the Irish Postal Service) to deliver your gifts. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days.

For orders being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, HomemadeGifts4You cannot be held responsible for importation taxes/duty charges.

All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient’s telephone number. Where address disputes arise, Addresses are verified against An Post’s address correction service ( HomemadeGifts4You cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the recipient’s address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the An Post or your local postal service obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address.

Where standard untracked postage is used to ship your order, no signature is required upon delivery. Standard posted orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days in Ireland; International usually within 5-15 business days. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Non-deliveries can be reported after a period of time of 10 days within Ireland and 15 business days (3 weeks) for international posted orders.

Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked upon return. This code should then be included with the returned item. We recommend you return your item using a delivery company with a tracking service to be absolutely sure the items arrive back to our returns section.

In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), customised goods made according to custom specifications (i.e. personalised gifts) may not be returned. We are unable to exchange/refund some items such as earrings, swimwear, bath products, pillows due to hygiene and safety reasons.

This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
