How long does shipping take?
This is dependent on the gift itself, i.e. personalised gifts may take longer to arrive. Please see the product’s description page for typical arrival times. Standard posted orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days in Ireland; International usually within 5-15 business days
Are my credit cards details secure?
Yes, homemadegifts4you.is uses Stripe Payments to process your credit card details during checkout in real time. All data transmitted is encrypted via a secure server (SSL) and we do not store your card details on our server. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your other information once it is in our records.
How do I order?
We’ve designed our website to ensure finding and ordering gifts is easy. Each order can contain one or more gifts and can be sent to one recipient’s address. If you’re buying two gifts for two recipients at two locations, you’ll need to place two separate orders. If you do have any queries at any time, please contact us.
If you are a business owner and would like to purchase large quantities please contact us directly.
Finding a Gift
There are a number of ways to find suitable gifts on this site:
- Choose a relevant category – Roll your mouse over a category at the top of the page
- Use the search bar – if you know what you’re looking for, you can use the search box at the top of this page. Type a keyword or product name into the search box at the top of this page. For example, type in ‘ballon’ and come relevant gifts will appear.
Selecting the Gift
Once you have chosen a gift, add in your personalised details if applicable and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. This will add the gift to your cart. You can easily remove or change the number of items in your cart. From the cart page, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Checkout
On the checkout page, you will need to enter your personal details to allow for payment and delivery of your gift. Once these are entered and double-checked, enter your card details, accept the terms and conditions box and click on “Place Order”.
Order Emails
You will receive an email when your order is successfully placed. You will receive another email once your order has been dispatched. We use An Post (Irish Postal Service) to send all our orders.
